The Role involves:

• Selling Performance parts and accessories in a retail and wholesale environment
• Face to face sales
• Answer telephone calls and respond to parts requests
• Work with other team members in the group to build your skills
• Learn the varied stock and interpret all parts manuals
• Keep up to date with all latest distributor parts bulletins
• Maintain and grow relationships with colleagues, clients and trade customers
• Identify new customers and business opportunities

The Person:

• Keen interest in the automotive aftermarket performance industry
• Experience in a face to face retail sales environment
• Clear and confident communicator
• Automotive industry sales experience an advantage
• Able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Passionate & driven about your career
• Willing & keen to learn
• Problem solving skills, ability to multi task
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining productive and positive professional relationships with customers & other team members
• Basic computer skills are essential
